Stretching Before Lessons

Dragonfly Clinic and Kitesurfkings bring you stretches and exercises to keep you on top form out on the water - just pumping up your kite's not enough!

The Reverse Lunge Twist
- Take a big step forwards with one leg kneeling down
- Lunge forward bringing your weight onto your front leg
- Rotate both arms across your front leg, moving your whole upper body and head
  as you move.
- Hold for 20 to 30 seconds and return to start position
- Repeat five times each side

You will feel a stretch on the front of your hip, torso, and shoulders - it's a great full body warm up.
